Account Executive in Austin, TX TX
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to join our team Fully Remote who will be responsible for effectively contributing to the efficiency of our organization by providing personalized and timely support to our CEO.
This person should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to high-level executives. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on you to be flexible.
Experience:
Must have previous experience as a personal assistant .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
Excellent written and email communication skills
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to follow instrunctions.
